Stabrowski’s nocturne entitled the Southern Portico of the Villa is instilled with romanticism and mysticism. The architectural nocturnal landscape depicts the portico of a villa, which has four columns, is characterised by classicistic shapes, and is decorated with agaves, clematis, and other decorative plants. This is one of Stabrowski’s paintings that illustrates the his hobby of painting manor parks and architecture. The artist has painted a rather large number of such compositions.
